1.Company Information

Business Name: HVAC RPE LLC

Services Provided: Residential and Commercial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Installation, Repair, and Maintenance.

2. Service Appointments

• All service appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and access information.
• Missed appointments without 24-hour prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• Free estimates may be offered for new system installations; however, service call fees apply for diagnostics.
• All pricing will be discussed and approved before work begins.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the service or equipment required.

4.Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule:

                    -70% down payment is due with the signed contract.

                    -15% due at rough-in (if applicable).

                    -Balance due upon completion.

• All contracts are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• Payment is due as outlined in the signed agreement unless otherwise stated.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur late fees and/or collection efforts.

5. Ownership of Materials

• Customer specifically agrees and acknowledges that all equipment, materials, and labor incorporated into the referenced project by HVAC RPE LLC remain the personal property of HVAC RPE LLC until payment is made in full.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

• Workmanship is covered by a [12-month] warranty unless stated otherwise.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment per the manufacturer’s terms.
• Warranty is voided in cases of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party tampering.
• Optional workmanship warrantay availble upon request

7.Third-Party Testing Disclaimer

• HVAC RPE LLC is not financially responsible for the purchase or procurement of any third-party duct pressurization test or certification if required by code, inspection, or other outside parties.

8.Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
• All signed contracts are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• Deposits for equipment or parts are non-refundable once the order is placed.
• Refunds for services already rendered are not available unless required by law or in cases of proven negligence.

9.Liability

• HVAC RPE LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or code violations unless contracted to correct them.
• Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC RPE LLC from any damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow post-service instructions.

10.Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling service, billing, and warranty responsibilities.
• We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

11.Access & Property Responsibility

• Customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all equipment and work areas.
• HVAC RPE LLC is not liable for any personal items or property not directly involved in the service.

12.Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, harassment, or non-compliance with our policies.

13.Changes to Terms

• HVAC RPE LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
